Veterinary Commercial Excellence Lead

**About the Role**
We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Performance and Excellence Manager to drive our Veterinary commercial performance and excellence capability program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring a standardized and scalable commercial execution framework.
**Your Key Objectives**
- To enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our Vet Field Force operating model, ensuring alignment with market needs and expectations.
- To identify opportunities for continuous improvement in vet commercial processes, tools, and strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver the Commercial Excellence Strategy Framework to ensure the best customer experience for healthcare professionals and drive superior Vet Field Force execution.
- Implement and monitor initiatives to drive sales excellence and achieve business goals.
- Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the performance of commercial initiatives.
**What You Will Achieve**
- You will contribute to the overall success of our organization by driving commercial excellence and enhancing the effectiveness of our Vet Field Force.
- You will design and implement an incentive scheme and payout calculation strategies to motivate and reward the Vet Field Force.
- You will develop and manage training strategies, tools, and operational support to enhance the sales team's skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
