About YouWe are looking for someone who is passionate, driven, confident, and collaborative - combining commercial acumen and creative flair. You will influence both internally and externally to deliver commercial priorities. Your ability to form strong relationships, negotiate, and influence best-in-class plans is essential.
Main ResponsibilitiesYou will work closely with the KAM's Team, developing new plans, reporting, finance control, rebates, promotions (ROI's), promo optimization, distribution, opportunities, and risks analysis, logistics, etc. You will complete pre- and post-evaluation of promotions & activities. Additionally, you will manage and deliver regular clear updates to key business processes, such as monthly performance review and annual Bottom-Up Plan creation.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will have/be:
- Ability to form strong relationships, negotiate, and influence best-in-class plans.
- Strong commercial, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Competence in using PowerPoint, Excel, and forecasting/data tools.
- Ability to think creatively and develop strong activation plans that drive rate of sale and distribution of our brands.
Salary RangeWe offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
