The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Excellence Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the Dutch market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
