Job Overview

The Regional Training Commercial Excellence Lead EMEAC plays a critical role in delivering exceptional training experiences for our Sales Force. By working closely with regional franchise teams and markets, this role ensures the development of commercial skills, tools, and processes that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Capability Development: Collaborate with regional business units and markets to develop sales capabilities that enhance product training and selling skills, driving business growth.
  • Learning Strategy Implementation**: Implement a comprehensive training blueprint that caters to diverse needs within the Sales Force, ensuring effective onboarding and ongoing development.
  • Curriculum Design and Deployment**: Define and deploy curricula for various sales roles, utilizing blended learning methodologies, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, virtual classrooms, and interactive workshops.
  • Program Evaluation and Improvement**: Monitor program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and leverage external providers where necessary.
  • Vendor Management**: Engage and manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants, ensuring delivery of high-quality resources and services.
  • Culture of Continuous Learning**: Promote self-paced learning opportunities, knowledge sharing platforms, and communities of practice to foster ongoing skill enhancement and collaboration among sales professionals.

About You
