Regional Training Lead for Commercial Excellence in EMEAC

Galderma is a leading dermatological company with a strong presence in approximately 90 countries. We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Regional Training Lead for Commercial Excellence in EMEAC.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the sales force in the three business units, with a focus on prescription sales. This will involve aligning with the organization's overall business objectives and sales goals, defining the roadmap for sales training programs, curricula, and learning initiatives, and ensuring that the curriculum is tailored to meet the specific requirements of different sales roles in the region.
The ideal candidate will also collaborate with global franchises and the region, instructional designers, and external vendors to design and develop engaging and impactful learning content for product training and selling skills development. They will implement and manage the delivery of sales training programs, utilizing a blend of learning methodologies and technologies, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, virtual classrooms, and interactive workshops.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring program effectiveness, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation, and developing metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of the sales training programs.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field, with specialization in commercial excellence a plus. They will have ten or more years of proven progressive commercial operations experience in a broad range of relevant therapeutic areas in the life sciences industry, including management and leadership roles with at least 5 years of experience in learning and development, focusing on sales training and sales enablement.
The successful candidate will also have a solid comprehension of learning and development principles and methods for sales teams, as well as social persuasion techniques. They will have a proven track record in designing and implementing successful sales training programs for a global organization, and demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external customers.
