Growth Team Overview
The Growth team is the driving force behind our company's success, ensuring that customer needs are met swiftly and future opportunities are turned into actionable projects. Each member brings a unique blend of programmatic, system engineering, and commercial expertise.
Your Role
You'll be responsible for managing the proposal process from initial assessment to submission, including creating proposal templates. You'll also maintain literature used across all proposals and oversee large-scale proposal management, working closely with Mission Concept Engineers and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you'll produce analytics and summaries to support high-level team and company decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal process management from go/no-go to submission
- Maintaining proposal templates and literature
- Large proposal management
- Pipeline analytics and reporting
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have the ability to organize, plan, and structure data, particularly a pipeline of opportunities. Strong organizational and planning skills, knowledge of ESA, EU, or national tender proposal management (with values in millions), and excellent communication skills are essential. A keen interest in space and adaptability to fluctuating requirements are also necessary.
