About the Role:

This position is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic South Europe team as a sales professional. You'll become part of a collaborative group dedicated to shared success and committed to making bsport a market leader. Our team embodies a growth mindset, supporting and uplifting each other to achieve individual and collective goals.

Your Impact:
Deliver compelling demos highlighting bsport's value by addressing client-specific pain points. (Senior: Provide mentorship and support to junior sales professionals through training sessions, workshops, and guidance on key topics where you excel.)
Manage the full sales cycle, from demo to close, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience. Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to optimize lead quality and with Account Managers for a seamless client handover post-signing. Contribute actionable insights to product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings and align closely with client needs. Develop proactive strategies to drive client acquisition and reinforce bsport's market presence in Southern Europe.

What We're Looking For:
Experience in a similar role within a high-growth/fast-paced startup environment. Proficiency in Italian as your primary language, with fluency in English. A goal-driven approach with a passion for achieving results and a proactive attitude toward challenges. Adaptability, excellent communication skills, and resilience to navigate dynamic sales cycles. Ability to work independently while contributing actively to a positive team environment. A creative spirit—bringing fresh ideas, making suggestions, and embracing innovation.
