**The Role**
You will be part of our South Europe team, a collaborative and energetic group dedicated to shared success and committed to making bsport a market leader. This team embraces a growth mindset, supporting and uplifting each other to achieve individual and collective goals.
**Your Impact**
- Deliver clear and engaging demos highlighting bsport's value by addressing client-specific pain points (Senior: Provide mentorship and support to junior AEs through training sessions, workshops, and guidance on key topics where you excel)
- Manage the full sales cycle from demo to close, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience
- Collaborate with SDRs to optimize lead quality and with Account Managers for a seamless client handover post-signing
- Contribute actionable insights to product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings and align closely with client needs
- Develop proactive strategies to drive client acquisition and reinforce bsport's market presence in Southern Europe
**What We're Looking For**
- Experience in a similar position within a high-growth/fast-paced startup environment
- Proficiency in Italian as primary language, with fluency in English
- Goal-driven approach with a passion for achieving results and a proactive attitude toward challenges
- Adaptability, excellent communication skills, and resilience to navigate dynamic sales cycles
- Ability to work independently while contributing actively to a positive team environment
- Creative spirit, bringing fresh ideas and embracing innovation
