About the role:

You will become part of a collaborative, energetic team dedicated to shared success and committed to making bsport a market leader. This team embodies a growth mindset, supporting and uplifting each other to achieve individual and collective goals.

Your impact:

Deliver compelling demos showcasing bsport's value by addressing client-specific pain points.
Manage the sales cycle from demo to close, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Collaborate with SDRs to optimize lead quality and with Account Managers for smooth client handovers post-signing.
Contribute actionable insights to product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings and align closely with client needs.
Develop proactive strategies to drive client acquisition and reinforce bsport's presence in Southern Europe.

You'd be an excellent fit if you have:

Experience in a similar position within a high-growth startup environment.
Proficiency in Spanish as your primary language, with fluency in English.
A goal-driven approach with a passion for achieving results and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
Adaptability, excellent communication skills, and resilience to navigate dynamic sales cycles.
Ability to work independently while contributing actively to a positive team environment.
A creative spirit—bringing fresh ideas, making suggestions, and embracing innovation.
