As a key member of our collaborative and dynamic South Europe team, you'll contribute to our mission to make bsport a market leader. We foster a growth mindset, encouraging open communication, mutual support, and collective success.
Your Impact
- Deliver engaging demos highlighting bsport's value proposition, addressing client-specific pain points.
- Manage the sales cycle from demo to close, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to optimize lead quality and Account Managers for smooth client handovers.
- Provide actionable insights to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings and align with client needs.
- Develop proactive strategies to drive client acquisition and reinforce bsport's market presence in Southern Europe.
You'd be a Great Fit if You Have
- Experience in similar roles within high-growth startups, preferably in the boutique fitness or tech industries.
- Proficiency in Spanish as your primary language, with fluency in English.
- A goal-driven approach, passion for achieving results, and proactive attitude towards challenges.
- Adaptability, excellent communication skills, and resilience in navigating dynamic sales cycles.
- Ability to work independently while contributing actively to a positive team environment.
