About the Role

This full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday) offers a hybrid working model in Barcelona with excellent work-life balance. The salary package includes a gross annual remuneration of €19,975 + up to €3,525 in bonuses, ensuring a competitive compensation package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue high-quality, policy-compliant leads for internal New Business Sales teams using provided guidelines and online tools.
  • Conduct thorough company evaluations to assess potential, leveraging internal tools and expertise.
  • Cultivate industry knowledge and trends to ensure timely prospecting and alignment with sales programs.
  • Deliver lead sets based on quarterly targets and provide weekly reporting analysis in a presentable format.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in digital advertising or market research.
  • Minimum education level: 2nd year college or higher.
  • Native or proficient level of Polish.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).
