Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our Engineering R&D (ER&D) / Product Engineering Services (PES) business in Europe. As the Europe Head of Sales, you will be responsible for growing our business in the region by selling to Fortune 500 customers within the defined territory.

You will have overall responsibility for developing and implementing sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating deals.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization and take on a leadership role in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell ER&D services in Europe
  • Analyze digital engineering and embedded opportunities in target business lines and identify potential customers
  • Develop and present eInfochips value propositions to potential customers
  • Hunt/prospect net new large enterprise customers across Europe
  • Leverage Arrow's executive relationships with large customers
  • Collaborate with local & global Sales team to drive business with captive centers of defined customers

Requirements:

  • Sales experience selling engineering services
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience in building and managing a direct sales team
  • Able and willing to develop client base in new territory
  • Strong track record of establishing and cultivating business relationships with C-Suite and VP engineering management
