About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to take on the role of Head of Sales Excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) by overseeing quality, driving results, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as process owner for SDR activities, ensuring best practices are followed and continuously improved upon.
  • Lead the onboarding and ongoing education of new SDRs, equipping them with knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure SDRs have access to best tools and technologies, driving efficiency and effectiveness in their work.
  • Regularly check in with Project Managers to monitor quality of work and adherence to established processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong understanding of SDR role and processes.
  • Proven ability to lead without direct authority, influencing and guiding others toward shared goals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for driving results and developing talent.
