About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Demand Generation to join our team and lead our growth strategies and go-to-market initiatives across multiple regions.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation programs, managing multi-channel lead generation campaigns, and owning the marketing budget for new business and customer retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute demand generation programs (events, partner marketing, advertising) with messaging tailored to specific personas and target audiences.
  • Manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns, with a focus on partner and ideal customer profile (ICP) targets in Southern Europe.
  • Own the marketing budget for new business and customer retention, ensuring alignment with sales initiatives and quarterly business plans.
  • Oversee and coordinate key tradeshows and events across France, Spain, and Italy, ensuring strategic partner involvement.
  • Create and orchestrate co-marketing activities with key partners in Southern Europe to drive demand and generate new business pipeline.
  • Improve lead nurturing streams to ensure smooth progression through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the global content team to adapt and activate content for the French, Spanish, and Italian markets.
  • Oversee and collaborate with a team, including event and partner marketing interns, to ensure activities are executed effectively and partners are strategically leveraged.

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
