Job Description
As a Digital Demand Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing processes and best practices to establish and maintain outstanding user experiences for our internal and external customers.
You will ensure the basics are done perfectly, including monitoring email quality, communicating and training new hires and updates to existing processes, tools, and guidelines.
This role involves working directly with the Head of the Centre of Digital Demand Excellence and the team to establish processes and best practices that help the wider team achieve their quarterly Demand Generation targets.
You will also collaborate on Cross-GTM initiatives that help the wider EMEA and LATAM Marketing team to be more efficient, effective, and innovative.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable the business to effectively drive outcomes by owning key projects, such as the Tech Target Priority Engine project, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver results.
- Support the business in scaling demand generation by managing relationships with agency service providers, ensuring vendor access, training, and enablement.
- Optimize operations by aligning processes to global standards, tracking activity effectiveness, and applying learning from industry insights and best practices.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a hi-tech environment.
- A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and last-minute changes.
- Highly organized project and time management skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with various technology platforms, including MarTech tools, CRM, project management platforms, and event hosting and promoting tools.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with French or German fluency being a plus.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Estimated Salary: $95,000
This estimate is based on the job requirements, location, and industry standards.
