About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our Sales team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for sales renewals and growth, working closely with account managers and internal departments to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in new employee onboarding program
- Collaborate with Sales team and customers to prepare quotation proposals, legal forms, and licensing requests
- Partner with assigned group of Account Managers to prepare, review, and expedite sales orders and related workflow
- Administer all renewal opportunities within CRM, including revenue reconciliation activities
- Maintain accurate renewal forecast within CRM and communicate with stakeholders

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
