Job Summary

">

We are seeking an experienced Renewals Account Manager to join our team in Spain - Madrid or remotely. As a key member of our Sales & Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for the renewal process for a portfolio of larger, more complex accounts/territories. Your primary goal will be to negotiate contract renewals, identify opportunities for license expansion, and mitigate potential renewal risks. If you have a proven track record of success in sales, account management, and customer service, we encourage you to apply.

About You

">

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent customer management skills, including sales, account management, and customer service. A creative problem-solver with a strong work ethic, you should be able to perform under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, hyper-growth culture. Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English is mandatory, as is demonstrable expertise in contract renewal processes, sales negotiations, and renewals forecasting.
