Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, advocating for their needs within the organization and ensuring continuity of customer accounts.
- Account Management: Leverage specialized resources to provide customers with expertise across our product suite, ensuring alignment with customer goals and expectations.
- Product Knowledge: Proactively build and maintain strong knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy in assigned industries.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluent Dutch Speaking: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and partners.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience in cloud-based solutions and a deep understanding of the industry landscape.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and revenue.
