Job Overview
Teleperformance Greece is seeking a highly skilled Digital Cloud Sales Expert to join our team in Athens, Greece. This role involves working with clients across various industries to identify and propose digital solutions that meet their needs.
About the Role
As a Digital Cloud Sales Expert, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns. You will work towards individual targets but will also be part of a larger sales team, interacting with customers primarily via outbound calls. We are looking for an individual with a solid B2B Sales/Business Development mindset and a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and profile prospective customers to drive new business growth
* Conduct outbound calls/emails to engage decision-makers and build rapport with clients
* Present Google products/solutions, highlighting their value for businesses across various industries and sizes
* Develop and lead outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating Google products
* Collaborate on team projects to refine sales processes and develop best practices
* Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
* Upsell ancillary products and increase customer spend on current offerings
* Resolve minor technical setup issues or escalate them to relevant teams
* Manage customer renewals, identifying and closing up-sell/cross-sell opportunities before contract expiration
Requirements
* Excellent command of Polish and very good English language knowledge
* Consultative Solution Selling in a B2B Technology Environment
* Strong interpersonal and listening skills, capable of building value-driven connections with diverse customers
* Confident and outgoing in outbound phone sales, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and the ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
* Proven track record of acquiring new clients, excelling in cold calling, and delivering compelling sales pitches
* Consistently surpasses sales quotas and achieves exceptional results
* Proficient in using CRM systems
* Self-motivated, analytical, and goal-oriented with a “go-getter” mindset
* Exceptional organizational skills, including pipeline, time, and priority management
* Coachable, receptive to feedback, and able to adapt and improve sales strategies in real-time
* Solid understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models, cloud computing concepts, and the competitive landscape among Cloud Service Providers
