Role Overview
Empower your career growth with Microsoft's SMC team as a Cloud Sales Expert in Dublin. You will work closely with customers to identify and achieve their business objectives through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling.

About the Role
As a Cloud Sales Expert, you will support a dedicated set of customers in identifying and achieving their business objectives through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling. The Account Executive facilitates Microsoft to better serve our SMC-Corporate managed clients to realize their potential and help them on their Digital Transformation journey. The role requires developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, including building relationships with executives at the Chief-level (CxO) and other Business and Technical Decision Makers within the customers' organizations.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Maintain strong customer relationships and advocate for customers within the organization
• Identify decision makers within customer organizations leveraging partners and v-teams
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and manage escalation processes

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of sales and negotiation experience. You should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent. Proficiency in German language is a requirement. Additionally, you should possess strategic thinking and execution, high performance, collaborative purposeful planner and executor, disciplined operator, and strong communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. As part of the Microsoft team, you will also have access to cutting-edge technology, innovative tools, and opportunities for growth and development. This role allows for up to 50% remote work and travel of up to 25%. You can expect a dynamic and collaborative work environment that fosters innovation and creativity.
