A full-time opportunity awaits a skilled Business Developer Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, discovering their needs and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers via phone calls and emails, building rapport, and assessing customer needs. Your ability to understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, correlate business needs to available cloud solutions, and build value for next steps in the sales process will be essential in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly sales qualified opportunity (SQO) quotas while maintaining daily and weekly activity targets.
- Manage assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects and provide personalized solutions.
- Educate customers on the benefits of Teleperformance's services.
- Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, contact C-level decision makers, build quick rapport, and assess needs.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate data in Salesforce.com.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- C2 level of Arabic proficiency.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
- Ability to connect business needs with suitable solutions and possess strong business acumen.
- Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism.
- Comfortable working against an assigned quota in a phone-based environment.
- Basic IT skills, including navigating computer systems efficiently.
- Work permit for Spain required.
