Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of up to €25,440 per year, with an additional bonus of up to €6,360. Our hybrid working model allows for flexibility and work-life balance, while our relocation package includes a flight ticket, accommodation, and support with private health insurance.
About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying strong sales prospects, profiling potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving new business through targeted outbound campaigns.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to C-level executives, quickly establishing rapport and assessing their needs.
- Meet quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quotas, while maintaining daily and weekly activity targets.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, identifying high-potential prospects.
- Educate customers about our cloud offerings, demonstrating value and relevance to their needs.
- Identify customer pain points, gather technical requirements, correlate business needs with available Cloud solutions, and build value for subsequent sales steps.
- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com, tracking leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native or C2 level German language proficiency.
- C1 level English language proficiency.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT sector.
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts, with an emphasis on Google Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency in general IT skills and the ability to navigate computer-based tasks efficiently.
