About This RoleWe're creating a new Digital Sales Hub for EMEA in Barcelona and seeking exceptional Senior Sales Solutions Architects for the South EMEA Region. As part of our talented global team, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with sales teams and clients to assess requirements, objectives, constraints, and what SoftwareOne can offer.
- Utilize analytical skills to scope and size opportunities effectively, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational capabilities.
- Design customized solutions that align with client requirements, leveraging expertise and knowledge of service offerings and present these with necessary demos.
- Define margins for proposed solutions in coordination with sales and delivery teams, ensuring profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Draft clear and comprehensive statements of work (SOWs) outlining project deliverables, timelines, and terms of engagement.
- Maintain a repository of solution collaterals, including case studies, white papers, presentations, and other relevant materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and enhance solution offerings.
- Act as a subject matter expert during client interactions, presentations, and workshops, demonstrating capabilities and value proposition effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery to solution design and proposal development.
- At least 1-2 years of presales experience.
- Essential knowledge of collaboration platforms, document management, VDI, unified communications, enterprise mobility.
- Deep understanding of company solutions, integration with other tech, displaying benefits to clients.
- Understanding of cloud computing, networking, security, data storage principles.
- Demonstrating integration with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of security best practices, compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA.
- Familiarity with user-centric design for intuitive experiences.
- Ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Understanding analytics capabilities for informed decision-making.
- Fluent English.
