We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Operations Specialist to join our EMEA sales operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver effective support to sales and customers through various channels, ensuring seamless interactions and timely issue resolution.
- Manage and improve commercial processes, driving continuous improvement and standardization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Provide comprehensive commercial meeting support, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and action item tracking.
- Coordinate and issue customer and internal commercial communications, ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination.
