At Kimberly-Clark, we are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our EMEA sales operations team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving profitable growth within the business.

About the Role

This hybrid role combines sales operations expertise with a strong focus on customer relationships and commercial processes. You will be responsible for delivering effective support to sales teams, managing and improving commercial processes, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and continuously improve effective support to sales teams that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide sales growth activity in general management, customer questions, ad hoc customer project support, tailoring customer presentations, exhibition and event support and logistics, end-user tender submission support - non-commercial elements, customer contract coordination / calendar / storage, distributors supply and input (customer portals) mass product information requests for customer catalogues and web sites, support commercial operations, co-ordinate and issue customer and internal commercial communications (operations eg T&C, legal, pricing), provide commercial meeting support, provide co-ordination support for commercial programmes, provide support on translation of commercial materials, support master data changes for customers PO support for sales, support ad hoc administration requests from sales.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about sales operations and customer relationship management. You will have a proven track record of delivering results in a corporate environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you will have experience in Microsoft Office tools and be able to learn KCP internal systems quickly.

Requirements
  • You must be fluent in written and spoken English and have Italian language skills (B1+/B2).
  • Experience in sales/sales operations or marketing in a corporate environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Attention to detail, analytical and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent time management skills, sense of urgency, able to separate urgent and important tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills / Able to use own initiative.
  • Proactive/can-do attitude.
  • IT literate with ability to learn KCP internal systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of all MS - Office tools is required; Salesforce is advantageous.

Location

This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in Spain only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
