About the Role

This hybrid role will see you working closely with our dedicated EMEA sales operations team to deliver on non-customer facing selling activity, manage and improve commercial processes, and drive continuous improvement while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on providing effective support to sales and customers, including:

  • Delivering high-quality solutions to sales and customer inquiries
  • Supporting Ad Hoc customer projects and tailoring presentations
  • Coordinating exhibitions and event logistics
  • Managing end-user tender submissions and customer contract coordination
  • Providing commercial meeting support and coordinating internal communications

You will also contribute to commercial programme coordination, translation of commercial materials, and master data changes for customers. Additionally, you will provide support for sales, including PO management and administration requests.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Your experience in sales operations, combined with your knowledge of commercial processes and attention to detail, will enable you to make a significant impact on our business.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary package, estimated to be around €60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
