Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

Job Description

The Business Development Operations Specialist will be an integral member of our team, responsible for managing the end-to-end process for renewal and new sales. This includes performing duties for department managers, partnering with an assigned team of account managers to support sales cycles and business objectives, and acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in New Employee Onboarding program to ensure smooth transition into role.
  • Meet with various members of the Sales & Order Operations team and other internal departments to train on procedures and policies.
  • Develop scalable and repeatable processes for success by actively asking questions and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team and customers to prepare quotation proposals, legal forms, and licensing requests.
  • Partner with assigned group of Account Managers to prepare, review, process, and expedite sales orders and related workflow and services.
  • Administer all renewal opportunities within the CRM, including revenue reconciliation activities, creating sales queries/reports to track opportunities, and following up with customers to maintain accurate renewal forecasts.
  • Involve appropriate customers and internal groups (Account Managers, Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Finance, Legal, Business Operations) as needed.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
