">Sales Operations Specialist Role Overview

We seek an exceptional Sales Operations and Brand Management Specialist to join our EMEA sales operations team in Madrid, Spain. This hybrid role will collaborate closely with our sales teams to drive commercial processes, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to the growth of our business.

">Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support to sales and customers to enhance their experience.
  • Drive Sales Growth by providing excellent general management, ad-hoc project support, and exhibition and event logistics.
  • Standardize effective support to sales and customers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Coordinating customer communications and ensuring timely responses to queries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administration skills, be highly organized, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should also be able to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential, with Italian (B1+/B2) as an advantage.
  • Prior experience in sales/sales operations or marketing in a corporate setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Customer relationship management skills, teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.

To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Salesforce. Your ability to learn internal systems and effectively communicate with stakeholders will be vital to your success.
