Amg Human Brand Specialist Job Description

Overview:

An innovative insurance company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Specialist to join its Client in Spain. The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 years of expertise in brand management, preferably with a background in creative or communication agencies.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Brand Specialist to develop and execute impactful campaigns for the Spain market, launch innovative products, and manage integrated communication strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

Campaign Development: Create, plan, and execute compelling advertising campaigns aligned with brand goals and audience insights.
• Oversee the creative development process, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand and impactful.
• Manage the end-to-end strategy and execution of product launches, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and impactful rollouts.
• Develop and manage media strategies, ensuring the right mix of channels to optimize brand visibility and engagement
• Coordinate local activations leveraging global sponsorships and partnerships.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Ensure all brand communications are cohesive, innovative, and align with the overall brand strategy.
• Act as a brand guardian, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in creative or communication agencies.
• Proven track record in developing advertising campaigns, launching products, and managing media plans.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of brand dynamics.
• Experience in public relations and understanding of media relations.
• Advanced level of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media trends.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
