Role Overview

As a Head of Brand Management at the Lastminute Group, you will play a key role in driving brand success across our portfolio of brands. This includes lastminute.com, weg.de, rumbo, volagratis, and more.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage data insights and creative storytelling to communicate our brand message and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Brand Strategy Development: Utilize your analytical skills to analyze complex data points and translate them into actionable brand strategies that drive business growth. Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate our brand message and values.
  2. Multi-Channel Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of multi-channel brand campaigns to drive awareness and consideration. Demonstrate a deep understanding of reactive marketing principles and leverage them to capitalize on key consumer moments.
  3. Budget Management: Effectively plan and manage budgets with measurable impact, ensuring that marketing investments are strategically allocated to deliver tangible returns on investment.
  4. Team Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation within the brand & PR team. Provide strong leadership, guidance, and support to nurture talent and drive high performance.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of delivering results-driven brand strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Additional requirements include:

  • A minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that drive business growth.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
