The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales teams across Spain and Italy, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality support to sales teams, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities and projects
* Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
* Work closely with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans
* Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive results
* Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth

Requirements
* Fluency in written and spoken Italian, English, and Spanish as the local market language
* Proven experience in sales operations or a related field, preferably in a corporate environment
* Excellent customer relationship management skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals
* Strong administration skills, with a focus on attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
* Strong work ethic, proactive, and highly organized, with a focus on achieving goals and objectives
* Ability to analyze data and metrics, with a focus on driving business results and informing decision-making
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
