  • Job Responsibilities

    As a Customer Success Intern, you will be the direct contact person for our end users, assisting them in their daily sales business. You will be trained to operate in the complex field of our SaaS solution, gaining a deep understanding to navigate yourself through our web platform and app. You will provide phone and web support in English and Spanish, learn about our clients' concerns, and enjoy finding individual solutions.

  • Requirements

    You would be a good fit if... You are studying an economic subject, preferably with a focus on marketing, sales, or data science. You have already gained some professional experience in the field of marketing, sales, or data management. You enjoy project-based work, do not shy away from Excel spreadsheets, and like to work in small and enthusiastic teams. You have an excellent command of English (both written and oral) and at least a basic knowledge of Spanish. Other language skills, especially in French, Portuguese, or Dutch, are advantageous.
