Commercial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Manager to join our team at the Albert Roger Group. As a key player in our dynamic company, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring seamless communication and timely deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with our Merchandising, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams to drive sales and deliver customer service excellence. Your fluency in German and English, as well as your experience in customer service, logistics, or sales, will be invaluable assets in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee customer orders, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliveries.
  • Provide customers with real-time order updates, from acceptance to delivery, through our ERP systems to manage stock effectively across our European third-party logistics partners.
  • Handle invoicing and prepare shipment documentation.
  • Conduct review meetings with customers to foster strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with our teams to drive sales and deliver customer service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English (Polish language skills are a plus).
  • Experience in customer service, logistics, or sales.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain focus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
