About the Role
This Sales Growth Leader will lead a team of account executives to spearhead revenue growth across Iberia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving business expansion and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the management team, you will leverage your executive presence to manage customer and partner relationships while executing Red Hat's Enterprise go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales motions to ensure sales and revenue goals are met in the region
- Develop and motivate a sales organization that operates with market confidence to take advantage of emerging opportunities
- Collaborate closely with global segment leaders to guide Red Hat's GTM strategy in the sub-region
- Embrace the partner ecosystem as the key driver for meeting sales and revenue targets
Requirements
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record in revenue growth
- Strong executive presence and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization and collaborate with various stakeholders
