Job Description:
We seek an experienced Senior Luxury Sales Strategist to develop and implement effective global sales strategies. The ideal candidate will lead our international sales team members to achieve sales targets, negotiate and close agreements with partners within the luxury segment, monitor and analyze performance metrics, provide timely solutions aligned with client needs, liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency, stay updated on new product launches, and build and participate in the recruitment of the Sales team. The successful applicant will report on sales results to the Vice President and Board Members.

The Successful Applicant:
To succeed as a Senior Luxury Sales Strategist, you should possess a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven work experience as a Regional or Global Director of Sales or Director of Sales for multi-properties within the luxury hospitality industry. International experience is required, particularly within Luxury International hotel chains. You must have strong organizational and leadership skills, an ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics, and a solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.

A competitive salary range: €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including relocation assistance for those moving to Madrid from outside the EU.
