Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Associate contributes to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Coach selling skills and Service training. Meeting personal sales and productivity goals, delivering exceptional service, and representing the brand to customers are key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed individual sales and productivity targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service according to the Coach Approach standards
- Represent the Coach brand as a ambassador
- Collaborate with the team to meet performance standards
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a luxury retail service environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
- Cash register system knowledge, basic computer skills, and ability to work with iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Benefits:
