Account Development Manager

We are seeking an ambitious Account Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key player in driving sales growth across Europe, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with independent retailers and advising them on product ranges to maximise sales opportunities.
Salary: €32,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our stockist program
- Maintain excellent customer service and build strong, trusting relationships with customers
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure timely reorders of sold items
- Keep customers informed about new product ranges and identify opportunities to close deals
Requirements:
- Strong relationship-building skills with business partners and colleagues
- Excellent customer service and time management abilities
- High-level multitasking and organisational skills
- Proven ability to influence clients and grow sales
- Full proficiency in Polish, French, and English
- A degree or equivalent higher education qualification
- Current driver's licence
