Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled CloudHealth EMEA and APAC Lead to join our team at Arrow Electronics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue for our CloudHealth line of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales and business goals for CloudHealth products and services.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  3. Collaborate with Business Segment Leaders to formulate initiatives and programs that drive local market success.
  4. Recruit, hire, and mentor top sales talent to build a high-performing sales team.
  5. Develop and implement sales effectiveness strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
  6. Manage sales resources and policy formation to achieve business objectives.
  7. Provide input to functional or departmental strategy to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  1. 15+ years of experience in planning, directing, and executing a sales strategy in the IT industry.
  2. Leadership experience is a must.
  3. Fluency in English.
  4. Effective communication with people at all levels.
  5. Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
  6. Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
  7. Understanding of the cloud hyperscalers market and FinOps practice is a plus.
