Job Title: Cloudhealth Emea And Apac Lead

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Cloudhealth Emea and Apac Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Emea and Apac regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets in the Emea and Apac regions.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
