Account Management with a Focus on Customer Satisfaction

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team in Spain. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large enterprise clients, with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction and driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage a portfolio of large enterprise clients, with a focus on quota attainment and account growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives at large enterprise organizations

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in high technology
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
