The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled L2 Technical Support Engineer for our 24/5 technical support team in fintech software and services. The role involves supporting and maintaining Velexa products, including front-end and back-end parts of trading software and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintenance of Velexa products (front-end and back-end parts of trading software and services)
  • Work with primary support channels: Jira, Email, Slack
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to internal teams
  • Automate routine tasks
Requirements
  • 1+ year of work experience in software/services/applications technical support
  • Hands-on experience with Linux (terminal, system and applications logs, basic diagnostics)
  • Basic knowledge in computer networks
  • English at intermediate level (B1)
  • Good communication skills

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is around 30,000-40,000 EUR per annum, depending on location and experience.
