Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our support engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate with a group of specialists, providing comprehensive support across all areas of our business.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position based in Madrid, where you will work 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our global support team, working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional support services.
