Advanced Fintech Software Support Specialist

The RoleWe are seeking an Engineer for our 24/5 Technical Support Team in fintech software and services. As a L2 Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Velexa products, including front-end and back-end parts of trading software and services. You will work with main support channels, research and diagnose issues, identify solutions to resolve customer problems, and automate routine tasks. Your role will involve building relevant internal documentation and ensuring proper escalation of unresolved issues to internal teams. You must adhere to standard procedures and SLAs for issue severity.
Requirements- 1+ year of experience in software/services/applications technical support
- Hands-on experience with Linux (terminal, system logs, basic diagnostics)
- Basic knowledge of computer networks
- English language skills starting from intermediate level (B1)
- Good communication skills
- Work experience in FinTech
- Basic understanding of investment and trading concepts
- Automation skills using Python and Bash
- Experience working with Atlassian products: Jira, Confluence
