**Job Title:** Helpdesk Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance, responding promptly via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalating critical problems to senior support teams when necessary.
- Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and outcomes in our helpdesk system.
- Provide guidance to clients on best practices, software usage, and preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer issue resolution and feedback sharing for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or Mass Communication.
- 1-3 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and remote support tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients.
