**About the Role**

Crypto.Com is a global cryptocurrency platform with over 80 million customers. We're seeking a highly skilled Fintech Compliance Specialist to join our Local Programs and Regulatory Compliance team.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Perform due diligence on new customers, requesting KYB information, documentation, review, and verification of received documentation, making analytical risk assessments;
  • Conduct Know Your Customer/Business reviews during customer onboarding and subsequent monitoring based on internal policies;
  • Investigate high-risk clients, report as necessary, including Politically Exposed Persons, and obtain all necessary documentation to complete customer files;
  • Participate in composing KYB-related operational policies and procedures;
  • Evaluate existing customers according to established policies and procedures;
  • Maintain continuous contact with customers to keep customer files updated;
  • Process amendments on customer records in various applications;
  • Provide support and knowledge sharing to cross-functional teams in Operations;
  • Assess ongoing work streams and provide feedback for operational improvements;
  • Achieve individual and team goals based on quantitative and qualitative standards;
  • Understand client's business and related parties to monitor client activities;
  • Investigate identified suspicious clients and transactions and report to KYB/AML compliance officers;

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (mandatory);
  • Experience in KYB and business onboarding;
  • Knowledge of fintech legislation and Company business;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Decision-making, problem-solving, and teamwork skills;
  • Integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion, and respect for employee rights and dignity;
  • Microsoft Windows knowledge and data management (plus);
  • English language proficiency;
  • Additional languages (plus).
