About the Role

Landbot is the most powerful no-code chatbot builder, helping companies convert leads, capture data, and personalize client journeys in real-time. We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, your key responsibilities will include detecting, contacting, and generating quality contacts for sales executives, in line with our commercial strategy. You will be responsible for demand capturing through both inbound and outbound motions, generating quality and scalable pipeline for the Account Executives to close.

Main Functions

1. Identify pain points and understand the needs of potential clients based on ICP criteria, guidelines, segments, or lists provided to you.

2. Identify decision-makers and their needs, matching them with our product value proposition.

3. Reach out to prospects through various channels to schedule meetings for our Account Executives.

4. Work closely with the Account Executive in prospecting and strategizing target accounts.

5. Support the Sales team to attain quarterly revenue goals by scheduling meetings with outbound leads.

6. Bring, qualify, and help warm up new leads.

7. Determine and understand a prospect company's primary business issues to match a fitting solution.

8. Ability to manage and track opportunities and pipelines into our CRM.

9. Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute strategies for generating new clients and target accounts.

10. Comply with and/or exceed the sales development objectives.

Requirements

* Experience in/knowledge of outbound processes.

* Commercial nature.

* Fearless approach to outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, pitching, etc).

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to take the initiative.

* Enthusiastic, organized, and result-oriented.

* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

* Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Spanish.

Bonus Skills & Attributes

* Previous experience in sales development/generation of new sales opportunities.

* Proven success in a role with weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
