Our Client
Our client is a renowned brand trusted by consumers worldwide for generations. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, aiming for first-contact resolution.

Your Role and Responsibilities
You will collaborate with consumers to provide product information and resolve queries in a skilled and professional manner. This involves putting yourself in the customers' shoes, analyzing their problems, and offering tailored solutions.
Additionally, you will:
- Provide an omnichannel service to consumers through various channels.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered by our client.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A fluent level of German with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
- A high level of English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
