We are seeking a visionary leader to take on the position of Managing Director Triodos Spain. As the MD Spain, you will be responsible for translating Triodos' Group strategy to the country context and delivering national results.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of leading a local organization within an international group
- A strong affinity for Triodos Bank's mission and values
- Demonstrated commercial acumen in driving performance through clear expectations, team empowerment, and accountability
- Fluency in Spanish and English in both speaking and writing
Salary: The salary for this role is estimated to be around €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
