Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is around $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience. This includes a competitive base salary and excellent bonus structure.

Job Description: As a Jr. KAM Regional, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability in the Indirect Channel of Retail (C&C & Distributors). You will handle relationships with regional customer accounts, initiate commercial relationships with new prospects, and develop the Annual Operating Plan for assigned customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales to regional customer accounts
  • Develop and implement the Annual Operating Plan for assigned customer accounts
  • Identify and implement opportunities for growth in the Retail channel

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree from a Business School
  • At least 4 years' relevant commercial experience in the retail channel, preferably working with cash & carry and indirect channel customers
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proficient Spanish and English language skills
