**Our Vision**
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Strategic Sales Director who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. As a player-coach, you will lead a small team of sales professionals and close contracts yourself. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading negotiations with potential clients from discovery to contract, carrying a personal quota.
• Presenting our solution to various stakeholders, including C-level executives, HR directors, office managers, and travel managers.
• Running outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints to generate pipeline opportunities.
• Contributing to the personal and professional growth of team members through coaching and training during sales calls.
• Forecasting sales revenue and providing visibility into your deal pipeline.
• Collaborating with the SDR Team to improve pipeline quality through a positive feedback loop.

**Your Qualifications**
You possess an excellent level of German and English, both written and spoken at a native level. You have at least 2 years of experience as a top-performer AE in a tech company, demonstrating a "no excuses" attitude, hunger for challenges, and flexibility in a fast-changing environment.
